Legal clarity for leading with integrity
POWERED BY VS ADVOCATEN
About us
The growing complexity of workplace social welfare regulations has significantly increased liability risks for business leaders and their companies.
LenaLaw strives to bridge the knowledge gap and guide companies in ensuring legal compliance. We provide legal guidance grounded in human values, helping leaders foster integrity and create a safe, motivating workplace.
We prioritize prevention through proactive auditing, consulting and training. However, when challenges arise, we stand by your side with discreet and comprehensive legal support.

Our Values
LenaLaw offers you multiple services regarding:
Workplace Integrity Audit
LenaLaw offers a unique and proven audit methodology that proactively identifies, analyzes, and summarizes workplace issues and potential dysfunctions or risks in an independent report.
A reactive audit can also be conducted in cases where issues such as toxic leadership, misconduct, or directors’ liability are suspected. The detailed report includes recommendations for legal and organizational improvements, forming a solid basis for responsible governance and ethical leadership that meets legal requirements. These reports can also be used in disputes or inspections regarding workplace integrity.

Tailored Legal Advice
LenaLaw provides businesses and corporate leaders with customized legal advice. If a specific workplace issue or conflict is detected, initiating a targeted guidance process may be necessary.
Additionally, LenaLaw offers training programs to enhance your team’s understanding of applicable regulations, promote a safe and ethical work culture, and recognize and prevent toxic leadership.

Mediation
LenaLaw acts as a mediator in internal conflicts, whether between employees or between management and employees. This mediation process may stem from a prior audit conducted by LenaLaw, which uncovered underlying issues.
LenaLaw firmly believes in the power of dialogue. Our approach focuses on recognizing and reinforcing individuals strengths rather than reducing them to their mistakes. We create insights and provide tools to address problem areas, instilling trust in leadership and fostering a safe and high-performing work environment.

Legal Dispute Resolution
VS Advocaten provides strategic and expert legal assistance in cases where businesses or corporate leaders face legal disputes. With over 30 years of experience in national and international litigation in criminal, civil, and corporate courts, VS Advocaten ensures thoughtful and professional legal representation.
Legal assistance from VS Advocaten is available as long as LenaLaw has not previously conducted a proactive or reactive audit for your company.
